Retention periods

Personal information will be retained by us for the duration of our service agreement. We refresh our database every year to make sure that we have the latest and most up-to-date contact information for all customers.

  1. If you are a customer of AllFlint ,we will keep your data for 2 years or until you decide you no longer wish to have your data kept by us

  2. If you were a customer of AllFlint  and are no longer doing business with us, we will delete your data when you let us know that you will no longer need our services or when we do our annual data refresh

 

In terms of personal data we use for marketing, we will keep this data for as long as we are able to market to you and if you withdraw your consent or opt-out of marketing communications, we will keep your contact details only to ensure that we do not contact you again for marketing purposes.
